RCI Acquires Bay Landscape in Panama City Beach, FL
RCI cements position as one of the leading landscape companies in NW Florida
Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (“RCI”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bay Landscape and Palm Service, LLC, (“Bay Landscape”), a commercial landscape and maintenance company based in Panama City Beach, FL.
The acquisition was completed on December 31, 2018. Bay Landscape represents the second acquisition successfully completed by RCI in 2018 and the fourth acquisition in the last two years. Based in Slidell, LA, RCI also has branch offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. RCI has become one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the country with anticipated 2019 revenue in excess of $80 million and employing over 700 people in five states with 11 locations.
Bay Landscape, established in 1994, is a full landscape provider servicing the Florida panhandle. Mr. Preslaski will continue with RCI as a Division Manager along with his exceptional staff that has been key to Bay’s long-term success.
