Company Growth Promotes Opportunity for Advancement
RCI Executive Announcements
As Rotolo Consultants Inc. continues to flourish, promotions within the executive group structure have been made. These changes pave the way for the professional development of all employees, throughout each division of RCI.
Jodi Corey (top row, forth from the left), who first joined the team at Rotolo Consultants Inc. in 1979, will now take on the position of Vice President of Operations - Construction. Prior to this promotion, Jodi oversaw RCI’s Landscape Construction Division. “Jodi has been a valued part of RCI for most of our history. He is one of the most experienced people in our industry and has a wealth of technical and field knowledge that will serve him well in his new position overseeing all of our construction divisions,” shared Keith Rotolo, RCI President & CEO.
Brandt Martin (first in the top row), has been promoted from Vice President - Maintenance to Senior Vice President of Operations - Maintenance. “Brandt came to RCI after a 25 year career with the Coast Guard. With his knowledge of logistics and management of large operations, he has been instrumental in building a scalable group of maintenance divisions performing operations throughout the Southeast”, stated Keith Rotolo.
Michael Rotolo (top row, second from the left), will become RCI’s Chief Operations Officer. Michael previously served as the company’s Vice President of Operations - Construction.
Brian Rotolo (top row, fifth from the left), has
been named Chief Financial Officer after serving as Vice President of Finance
for a number of years. “Michael and Brian represent the third generation of
Rotolo’s in the business. Both now play
key roles in the company as COO and CFO and represent the future of RCI”.
The Business Development Group at
RCI has continued to expand under the leadership of Kasey Dorr, Vice President
of Business Development. “Kasey has been with RCI for almost 15 years and was
instrumental in RCI’s entrée into pool and hardscape construction,” stated
Keith. The Business Development group consists of Scott Brewer, Senior Business
Developer, Shannon Lipps, Business Development based in Slidell, Paul Crespo, Business
Development in Baton Rouge and Samantha Betancourt, Corporate Marketing Specialist.
These promotions, while well-deserved by all
those involved, should spark the excitement of current and future RCI employees
alike for a number of reasons. This restructuring will allow for future
generations of RCI employees to advance and reach new heights professionally,
further advancing the standard of excellence for which RCI is known. “RCI is
committed to our employees. They are
what make RCI such a special company. I
am excited for the future of the company and the opportunities that will be
afforded our employees”, shared Keith Rotolo.
Changes will be effective beginning January 1st, 2019.
