2024 Summer Internship Program

RCI is thrilled to announce the return of our summer internship program! This paid internship spans 10-12 weeks during the summer and is tailored for actively enrolled college students. Interns obtain real-world experience in their field of interest through assisting and observing our management teams as they work on current RCI projects.


We provide internship roles in various areas based on business needs, including:

  • Landscape Maintenance Operations
  • Construction Operations
  • Landscape Architecture/Design
  • Business Development
  • IT
  • Project Cost Estimating
  • Project Management


Due to the remote locations of many construction project sites, interns are accommodated in our corporate-sponsored housing alongside the field management team. Meanwhile, local interns report to their regional office location and projects within that market.


We are enjoying the opportunity to be a part of the learning experience for our newest group of talented and eager interns. We look forward to once again aiding in the development of future talent in our industry.
